New property portal launches in 14 different languages

A unique multi-lingual property portal has been launched to create new sales and lettings opportunities for estate agents keen to tap into the growing market of overseas buyers and UK buyers and tenants with English as their second language.
FPS Property Junction (www.propertyjunction.com), part of the FPS network of property portals, gives potential homebuyers and tenants the ability to read property details in more than fourteen different languages and is being launched at a time when the number of foreign-born UK residents is at an all time high

Figures released by the Office of National Statistics (ONS) reveal that 11% of the UK population and one in three people living in London were born abroad. As the rental market continues to grow, tenants with English as their second language now make up around a third of the rental market in major UK cities. With 350,000 overseas students in higher education in the UK, it is anticipated that the number of foreign-born citizens settling in the UK will continue to grow.

David Todd, owner of FPS Property Junction (www.propertyjunction.com), believes this new portal will become an essential part of estate agents' marketing campaigns. "This is a unique global portal, with true international reach. No other property portal is able to offer this service and as market conditions continue to remain flat, estate agents need to exploit growth markets to their full potential. www.propertyjunction.com is also a great 'instruction getter' as estate agents will be able to offer the broadest possible marketing reach to their potential clients."

Agents can choose how to use www.propertyjunction.com. As well as the standard models of 'pay per lead' and subscription, FPS Property Junction is also pioneering commission share which directly aligns the interests of the estate agents and the portal. The 'no sale, no fee' formula means agents only pay a small commission when a lead or enquiry introduced by FPS Property Junction actually results in a sale or let.
