![]() EPEX 2008 adds extra space There may be a global credit crunch but it isn't blunting the luxury property market. This year's two day EPEX 2008 showcase in London next month has had to add extra display space because of demand. Aimed specifically at the luxury market and showcasing some of the finest properties in the world, it aims to attract developers, real estate agents, sellers and buyers as well as associated organisations. Described as a completely unique exhibition for the most discerning of property investors, it features properties for sale between £500,000 and £25 million. It is the only such showcase in the UK and is in its second year at Earls Court & Olympia National Hall, in London, on 21 and 22 June. It will have almost 100 exhibitors including Great Homes of Florida, French Connection, Diamond Investments, The Greek Collection, Dubai Real Estate Investments, The Square Mile, Marina D'Or and many more. The range spans the globe, from beachfront villas in Dubai, Australia and The Caribbean to penthouse apartments in London, Monaco & New York; private islands in The Bahamas to luxury golf resorts in Portugal, Spain & Florida; the finest Italian Villas in Tuscany; country retreats in England to Highland Estates in Scotland; from South African Game Reserves to Ski Lodges in The Rockies & The Alps.
