FBM Architects have secured planning consent for 30 homes across two sites within the Ashmole Estate in Lambeth, London, for housing association Metropolitan Thames Valley.
At Ebbisham Drive, a former garage site will be transformed into a contemporary terrace of 15 homes, including townhouses and apartments.
At Meadow Road there will be 15 shared ownership apartments above Tenants’ Hall.
