Lincolnshire housebuilder hosts event for first time buyers this weekend

Regional housebuilder Allison Homes is hosting a first time buyers event at its Frampton Gate development in Frampton, near Boston, and offering an exclusive incentive worth up to £10,000, to help local first time buyers get a foot on the property ladder.

Frampton Gate, which can be found on Middlegate Road, is a high quality collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes.

On Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th December, first time buyers will be able to meet with Evolve, Allison Homes’ partner independent financial advisor, to gain free expert advice and discuss the available homebuying options. Virtual appointments are available for those who are unable to visit the development in person.

Over the weekend, buyers will also be able to enquire about the properties remaining for sale at Frampton Gate. Those who reserve an Allison home during the event will be able to choose between receiving up to a £10,000 mortgage contribution, up to £10,000 towards their deposit or up to £10,000 to put towards personalising their new home.

Samantha Hart, Sales and Marketing Director at Allison Homes Central Region, said: “We can’t wait to host this event for property seekers in Lincolnshire. Taking the first step onto the property ladder is both hugely exciting and a major milestone, and at Allison Homes we are here to help every step of the way.

“The homebuying journey can be daunting, which is why we’re proud to be working in partnership with Evolve to ensure homebuyers have the opportunity to speak with an expert and gain all the knowledge they need to secure their perfect home.

“We would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch with our team without delay to secure their spot.”

Frampton Gate is a wonderful place to call home with beautiful scenery and a friendly, welcoming community. The village itself hosts a stunning church, beautiful greenery and plenty of local clubs and pubs. For families there is Kirton Primary School, which is rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, Thomas Middlecott Academy and a nearby nursery school.

For days out, Frampton is just a 30 minute drive from the East Lincolnshire coast and Freiston Shore Nature Reserve. The village is also within easy reach of the town of Boston and the city of Lincoln, which has a massive selection of shops, leisure activities and places to eat, including Lincoln Castle, Bubblecar Museum, New Theatre Royal and plenty of independent cafes.

There are also excellent transport links as Frampton sits on the main A16, which provides easy access to Peterborough, Spalding, Boston and Grimsby. It is also close to the A52, which connects to Nottingham, and Boston train station offers access to the rest of the country by rail.
