Digital finance platform Brickflow has arranged £36 million in development finance for regional housebuilder Purple Pepper Homes, supporting three residential schemes in Haywards Heath, Hastings, and Southampton that will deliver 222 homes.
The three projects were introduced to the platform through a broker and form part of Purple Pepper Homes’ development pipeline across the South of England. The developer focuses on residential housing in regional markets.
Digital platform adoption
The funding was sourced through Brickflow’s online marketplace, which connects developers with lenders. The transaction reflects growing use of digital platforms by housebuilders and brokers to compare loan terms and navigate lender requirements.
