Trump Plaza in Jeddah has released seven freehold townhouses, marking what developers claim is the first such offering in the Saudi Arabian city. The properties are located within the Amaya masterplan development, which was acquired in a SAR 4.6 billion (£977 million) land transaction.
The townhouses occupy the ground and first floors of the Trump Plaza building, offering three and four-bedroom configurations. According to the developer, this represents a new residential category in Jeddah, combining private ownership with access to a mixed-use development.
Property specifications
The townhouses include dual parking spaces, en-suite bathrooms in all bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes, and private terraces. Select four-bedroom units feature private swimming pools. Properties overlook a 7,000 square metre park within the development.
Residents have access to shared facilities including the Vitality Club, spa facilities, concierge services, and dining venues within the building.
Pricing and availability
Three-bedroom townhouses are priced from SAR 7.3 million (£1.55 million), whilst four-bedroom units start at SAR 8.3 million (£1.76 million). A four-year payment plan is available. Only seven units have been released: three three-bedroom properties and four four-bedroom properties.
Market context
The developer states there are currently no comparable freehold townhouse offerings in Saudi Arabia. Traditional residential ownership in the kingdom typically consists of standalone villas or tower-based apartments.
Trump Plaza is part of the Amaya masterplan in Jeddah. The development also includes commercial plots and residential units. A separate Trump-branded project, Trump Mansions, is under development in Riyadh.
The properties are being marketed to both domestic and international buyers. The developer has not disclosed projected completion dates or construction timelines for the townhouse units.
