Aldermore unveils fresh buy-to-let offering

Aldermore has relaunched its buy-to-let offering, with rates starting from 6.13%.

The lender will also introduce a new product on its buy-to-let range, offering 5-year fixed rates with a 3.00% fee at up to 75% LTV – ideal for those buying a cheaper property.

The following rates will be available from Friday 21 July:

For individual landlords with single residential investment properties

  • 2 year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.23% to 75% LTV
  • 2 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 7.09% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 7.09% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed with 1.50% fee for properties with EPC rating of A, B or C, 6.99% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed zero fee, 7.39% to 75% LTV
  • New 5 year fixed rate with 3.00% fee, 6.79% to 75% LTV

For company landlords with single residential investment properties

  • 2 year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.23% to 75% LTV
  • 2 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 7.09% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 7.09% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed with 1.50% fee for properties with EPC rating of A, B or C, 6.99% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed with zero fee, 7.39% to 75% LTV
  • New 5 year fixed with 3.00% fee, 6.79% to 75% LTV

For individuals, companies, HMO and multi unit freehold (up to 6 bedrooms / 6 units)

  • 2 year discounted with £1,999 fee, 6.73% to 75% LTV
  • 2 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 7.59% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed with 1.50% fee, 7.59% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed with 1.50% fee for properties with EPC rating of A, B or C, 7.49% to 75% LTV
  • 5 year fixed with zero fee, 7.89% to 75% LTV
