Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has purchased Norwich-based lettings business Dragonfly Lettings.
Dragonfly launched in 2017 after its managing director Glen Hammond merged the lettings portfolios of HammondLee and Stratfords of Eaton Ltd.
Matthew Light, group mergers and acquisitions director at LRG, said: “After the significant acquisitions of Stirling Ackroyd, Alexander & Co, and Peter Ball earlier this year, which led to a brief pause, we are now firmly back on the acquisition trail.
“The acquisition of Dragonfly Lettings is the first of a series of acquisitions over the coming weeks and months. This move increases our already strong lettings presence and market share in the Norwich area.”
The acquisition will see Dragonfly Lettings absorbed into Leaders’ Cringleford and Norwich offices. All existing staff will transition to LRG, ensuring continuity of service for clients. With the current director exiting the business upon completion of the acquisition.
