Redrow launches 160 new homes in Angmering, West Sussex

Housebuilder Redrow has launched Harvest Rise, a new 21-acre community of 160 homes in Angmering, West Sussex.

The homes will range in size from two- to five-bedrooms. Exteriors are inspired by the Arts & Crafts architectural movement of the 1930s, while interiors blend modern, open plan living with separate spaces to relax and spacious bedrooms.

All homes at Harvest Rise will be heated via air source heat pumps which, according to Redrow research in partnership with Mitsubishi Electric, operate at an efficiency of around two to three times that of an A-rated boiler. Redrow recently committed to becoming the first large housebuilder to introduce heat pumps and underfloor heating as standard. In line with the housebuilder’s drive to create sustainable communities, EV charging points will also be installed for residents to charge their electrical vehicles.

Stuart Galloway, head of sales at Redrow Southern, said: “We are excited to be launching this community of homes in the charming town of Angmering in West Sussex. We expect the homes to be very popular and sell quickly due to their favourable location – close to the beaches and the fresh sea air, easy for commuters and only a short drive from Worthing town centre and the bustling cathedral city that is Chichester.

“We’re thrilled to be giving homebuyers an opportunity to purchase in such a sought-after, stunning area with so much to see, do and offer and look forward to welcoming visitors to our Angmering Hub to explore our communities and the homes available in the local area”.

Harvest Rise is ideally located for home hunters with a range of outdoor and sporting interests. For those looking to enjoy the local walking routes, East Preston beach is a 10-minute drive away or, alternatively, Southwater Country Park is only a stone’s throw from the new community. Worthing Leisure Centre is also located within close proximity, offering residents access to its sports hall, gym, and football pitches.

Angmering town is home to several key local amenities, including a range of restaurants and shops alongside a selection of state and independent schools. Harvest Rise is favourably located for those looking to commute, with Angmering railway station situated just over a mile away from the community of homes. Direct trains to London Victoria take just over 90 minutes, with easy access to Chichester, Worthing, and Brighton as well.
