Brokers wanting to find out how to better support landlords looking to accelerate income and equity from their property portfolios are being invited to an online ‘lunch and learn’ session organised by ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages.
The educational session, which is being held in conjunction with Complete FS, will take place on Friday 8 May between 1pm and 2pm.
Presented by Chetwood Bank’s group distribution director Roger Morris and Complete FS’ head of new business Sean Latchem, the session will explore how landlords can source and fund new buy to let opportunities using short-term finance, cross-charging and calculated refurbishment strategies to achieve an uplift in value, followed by a refinance and rental acceleration plan.
The session will be CDP-accredited with attendees earning one hour of time towards their structured learning requirements.
