Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) and infinitSpace, a provider of tech-enabled flexible workspaces, have entered a strategic partnership to jointly create high-quality flexible workspaces.
For BHRE, the partnership provides an opportunity to further expand its long-term approach to active real estate management and implement innovative, future-focused concepts for commercial properties.
For infinitSpace, the collaboration marks another milestone in the company’s European growth strategy. The partnership combines the company’s extensive expertise in providing service-oriented flexible work environments with its proprietary technology platform, creating the foundation for a seamless user experience – from initial enquiry through to the day-to-day workplace experience.
Marcel Wnendt (pictured, left), CEO and CFO of Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate, says: “We need forward-looking concepts that respond to the changing expectations of companies and people when it comes to modern working environments. Together with infinitSpace, we are creating high-quality, flexible workspace solutions that preserve the character of the property while opening it up to new companies, ideas and communities.”
Wybo Wijnbergen (pictured, right), CEO and co-founder of infinitSpace, adds: “This partnership reflects our approach to actively developing our portfolio through innovative, sustainable and user-centric concepts designed to remain relevant and attractive over the long term while delivering strong commercial performance.”
The partnership’s first joint location is scheduled to open in Munich in October 2026. It will be infinitSpace’s first location in Munich, its third in Germany and its thirteenth worldwide.
