Operational features
For property management teams, the platform offers automated ticket management, invoice approvals and messaging functionality accessible via mobile and desktop devices. Field-based property managers can access the same functions as office-based staff.
The accounting component uses AI to process invoices, with the company stating that hundreds of invoices can be uploaded and prepared for approval within minutes. Automated bank reconciliation provides real-time updates to service charge accounts, moving away from manual monthly processes.
Leaseholders and Right to Manage (RTM) directors can access a dedicated portal for issue reporting, financial information and communication with management teams.

The residential leasehold sector has faced increasing pressure to modernise administrative processes, with many UK business leaders expressing concerns about adapting to technological change.
