HomeLet & Let Alliance has launched an integration between its Vision+ Tenancy Management platform and Street.co.uk, aimed at reducing administrative workload for letting agents.
The integration enables agents to share property, landlord and tenant data between the two platforms without manual re-entry, which the companies say will reduce errors and speed up lettings processes.
Real-time data transfer
Agents using Street.co.uk can now trigger Vision+ services directly from their CRM, including tenant referencing. Documents and tenancy milestones are tracked and returned to Street.co.uk in real time, creating an audit trail to support compliance requirements.

The move comes as major lettings firms announce senior leadership changes and the sector faces increased regulatory pressure, with no-fault evictions surging 65% ahead of May ban deadline.

The integration is available to mutual customers of both platforms and requires no additional setup beyond initial configuration. The companies have not disclosed the number of agencies currently using both systems.
