Lingley Mere Business Park, based in Warrington, is a joint venture between United Utilities and Muse Developments. The park is a thriving business community currently providing 380,000 sq ft of office accommodation, once completed it will provide a total of 1.25 million sq ft of business space across 100 acres of landscaped parkland.
Balfour Beatty, a leading infrastructure services company, has relocated 170 employees to the business park’s Grasmere House. The company will be concentrating on the region’s sewer refurbishment, flooding prevention schemes and improvements to the water network.
Enterprise, an infrastructure maintenance support services company, has moved 100 employees to the park’s Haweswater House. The national contractor will work on the region’s wastewater networks, including water main repairs, manhole replacement and sewer collapse repair.
Lingley Mere has performed strongly in the market over the past few years and recorded the largest single office deal in the Warrington market in 2009. Balfour Beatty and Enterprise join tenants including North West Regional Fire Control Centre, EFG Matthews Furniture, MWH UK Ltd, Wates Retail and United Utilities.
