Three property firms have announced senior appointments across London and the South East, as agencies continue to expand their sales and lettings operations.
Strutt & Parker appoints associate director
Strutt & Parker has appointed Tom Parsons as associate director in its Fulham office. Parsons returns to the firm after spending three and a half years at Middleton Advisors, where he worked on prime property sales across London. He previously spent seven years at Strutt & Parker’s Fulham team.
George Jackson-Stops, head of sales in Strutt & Parker’s Fulham office, said: “I’m delighted Tom has returned to Strutt & Parker in Fulham, a decision I also made two years ago. Having worked with Tom before, I can attest to his ability as an exceptional operator, with an impressive track record in prime SW6, and his brilliant relationships with his clients.”
In his role, Parsons will focus on the house market and sales above £2 million, working across areas including the Peterborough Estate and Alphabet Streets. The appointment follows recent hires including James Diaper as director and Louise Harrison as director heading the firm’s national estates and farms agency team.
UK Sotheby’s International Realty expands Surrey operations
United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed George Duff as Country Lettings Director, covering Surrey’s rental markets including Cobham, Oxshott, Esher, Weybridge and Guildford. Duff previously worked at Savills UK, where he rose to associate director in the lettings team and served as head of department at the Cobham office.
Duff said: “Surrey has always attracted strong interest from both London-based and international tenants looking for space, privacy and a lifestyle that’s hard to replicate elsewhere. With its gated estates, safe communities, outstanding schools and excellent access to Heathrow, Gatwick and central London, the area continues to tick all the boxes for families relocating within the UK or arriving from overseas.”
The brokerage announced its expansion into the country market in 2024, opening its Cobham office following an earlier presence across the Cotswolds and North Surrey. Alex Isidro, managing director at United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty, said the firm continues to see demand from Londoners and international tenants, particularly from the US.
Redrow South East hires land manager
Redrow South East has appointed Harry Phillips as senior land manager, covering Kent and East Sussex. Phillips joins from Barratt David Wilson Homes, where he spent five years in residential land acquisition across the region. He was involved in securing sites including Fort Halstead and Gibraltar Farm. He took up the role in March 2025.
Phillips will work with landowners, agents and local authorities to identify and progress development sites. The appointment follows that of Luke Cooper as managing director in February.
The moves come as housebuilders seek to expand their land portfolios to meet government housing targets.
