Colliers International represented Sanofi-Aventis, the biggest pharmaceutical company in Europe, in the process of leasing the office space at North Gate.
North Gate is a Class A office building with office space located on 24 upper floors and 3 underground levels. The 30.000 sqm of space offers all the features that can be expected from a modern building designed to Western European Standards.
North Gate is located in the northern borders of city center at ul. Bonifraterska, a neighbourhood of the historical part of Warsaw, close to the Old Town and R. Traugutt Park. Sanofi-Avensis will move to the new office in December 2008 and will occupy 5,500 sqm.
