Savills has appointed Ben Hunt as head of its Brook Green office in west London, while Paul Christian moves from that position to lead residential operations in Cirencester.
Hunt joins as a director with more than 25 years’ experience in the London residential market. He previously worked at Winkworth, operating across its Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush offices. In his new role, Hunt will oversee residential sales across Brook Green, Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith and Brackenbury Village.
Christian, who has led the Brook Green office since 2024, will now be based in Cirencester and work across Savills’ south west network, including offices in Stow-on-the-Wold, Cheltenham, Banbury, Bath, Bristol and Oxford.
Christopher Bramwell, head of Savills west London region, said: “Ben joins us with an impressive track record and more than 25 years’ experience in the local market. A core part of our strategy is building teams with deep-rooted local knowledge.”
London Broker recruitment
Lee Koffman has joined the London Broker as an agent, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the residential market. He spent 16 years at Aston Chase and six years at Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was director and head of North West London.
The appointment reflects the London Broker’s strategy to attract brokers as it develops its independent, broker-only platform. Similar senior appointments have been announced across the property sector in recent weeks.
Rupert Collingwood, chief growth officer at London Broker, said Koffman is the first broker to join since Nick Carter’s acquisition of the business.
Bradley Hall Yorkshire expansion
Bradley Hall has promoted Paul Andrew to director of its Yorkshire operation. Andrew joined the firm in 2024 as head of office and now moves into a role within Bradley Hall’s national operating model.
The promotion follows the firm’s recent expansion, with new offices in Manchester, Oxfordshire and Birmingham. The company now employs almost 100 staff across 12 national offices, including 40 RICS Registered Valuers.
Richard Rafique, group managing director, said Andrew has led the Leeds office over the last two years, supporting increased billings and client lists. The team now works for a number of national banks and lenders.
The moves come as the residential property sector continues to see increased focus on professional qualifications and industry standards, with firms seeking experienced personnel to lead regional operations.
