85% of mixed-use development in Ruislip sold off-plan

Boutique developer Life Less Ordinary has confirmed that development at The Quadrate, its mixed-use development comprised of 23 residential units and a ground-floor commercial unit in the centre of Ruislip, is now complete with only three residential units remaining for sale.  Over 90% of the development has been purchased by local first-time buyers.

Previously known as Alexander House when it housed a mix of office and retail units, The Quadrate is Life Less Ordinary’s fifth development in the wider Ruislip area in the past four years.  Located just a two-minute walk from Ruislip Manor tube station in Zone 5, central London and Heathrow can both be reached in under 30 minutes.  The local area offers an eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants, and pubs, as well as an abundance of open green space including Ruislip Lido, a 60-acre lake with its own sandy beach, and Colne Valley Regional Park.

It is this mix of local amenities, transport connectivity and sales managed by the in-house team that Rinay Chawda, Director at Life Less Ordinary, believes particularly appeals to first-time buyers. He comments:

“We have built an unrivalled reputation for first-class commercial to residential conversions that deliver functional, high-quality new homes, located in sought-after areas.  These appeal to the increasingly discernible first-time buyer market and the success of The Quadrate confirms the strength of this approach.

“The reassurance of liaising directly with the Life Less Ordinary team at all stages of the purchasing journey and the level of first-hand information that this provides, when coupled with the high level of contemporary design and generous specifications which we offer, appeals to young professionals and with just three units remaining, now is the time to snap up a home at this incredible development!”

The commercial unit at The Quadrate has been purchased by a martial arts studio which plans to open in Spring 2023.
