The final homes have now been sold at a new development taking shape in Salisbury.
Bellway is building 82 new two, three and four-bedroom homes at Harnham Park, off Netherhampton Road, including 49 homes for private sale and 33 affordable properties available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
The development is transforming a vacant former storage yard site to the south-west of the city into a new neighbourhood set alongside public open space. Work started in 2020 and is due to be completed next year.
Kim Caldwell, sales director at Bellway Wessex, said: “Right from the start, Harnham Park has been very popular – in fact, even before we launched the site earlier this year, we had received a large number of enquiries about the types of homes that would be available.”
