Antler Homes has secured an £8.6 million finance facility with Paragon Development Finance to support its latest new build project in Slinfold, Horsham.
The funding has enabled the company to acquire land to commence the Crosby Farm development, a 24 unit development consisting of two, three and four bedroom houses looking out onto the Slinfold Cricket Club pitch in the West Sussex village. The development has a gross development value (GDV) of £12.5 million and will provide a new pavilion for cricket club.
The development is situated in the charming village of Slinfold, which adjoins and overlooks the popular cricket green and fields. A short two-minute walk away is the thriving village hall which regularly hosts cinema and other events and the cosy Red Lyon pub. The Slinfold convenience store and Post Office is just over the road, while St Peter’s Church and the local primary school are also located within the heart of the village. Slinfold benefits from being located next to the historic market town of Horsham and offers direct access to the beautiful Downs Link.
Paragon Development Finance is proud to support this development as Antler Homes puts significant environmental consideration into their developments. Its homes continue to exceed energy standards and have low impact on the environment and the company is committed to sustainability.
The latest funding is Paragon’s third deal with Antler Homes and was led on behalf of the bank by Relationship Director Toby Burgess.
