Ashberry Homes has received planning consent to increase the number of homes it is building at the Pirton Fields development in Churchdown.
Tewkesbury Borough Council has granted permission for the housebuilder to deliver a second phase of 141 homes at the site, where it has already begun work on a first phase of 97 properties.
Pirton Fields is a joint venture between Ashberry Homes and Bellway which is providing a total of 465 homes on land off Cheltenham Road East.
This latest planning approval will increase Ashberry Homes’ share of the site to 238 homes, with Bellway delivering the other 227 properties. A total of 163 homes across the joint scheme will be provided as affordable housing for rent or shared ownership.
A small selection of homes remain for sale in the first phase at Pirton Fields, including three and four-bedroom properties available from Ashberry Homes, with prices starting from £308,995.
