New resort set to increase tourism to Bali

While Indonesia is perhaps not one of the premier tourism destinations in the world, one can certainly make the argument that it is one of the most complete. Indonesia has local culture, beautiful nature and of course the resort town for people that just want to be pampered. It is this completeness of the tourism availability that makes Indonesia a popular tourism destination and with the new resort that is going to be constructed very soon in Bali, that is expected to increase.

The new place, named the Outrigger Panorama Resort and Spa, is set to be built on the Bukit Peninsula in Bali and is going to have one of the best views of any of the resort buildings located in the area. From what is described as being a "breathtaking cliff top location" in a report by the Asian Property Report all the way to a location across the Indian Ocean, it does appear as if this resort is specifically designed to attract the highest of pamper tourists.

What this means, of course, is that property values near the resort are going to go up. As different people aim to get land near the resort in order to erect commercial enterprises, the result of a resort like this on nearby property values has been seen time and time again in many different property markets around the world.

Outrigger in that sense is a boon to the Indonesian economy because it is almost certainly going to affect both property and tourism in positive ways and through its positive stimulus of tourism it is going to affect property indirectly once again. Already, news of the construction of the resort has triggered interest amongst many different investors who are taking a closer look at other projects and property available in the area.

In addition to that, the Bali Tourism Office is also looking at establishing directly connecting flights to India to provide another easy outlet for tourists to get to the nation. This, combined with a report released recently that showed marked increases in the amount of tourists from non-developed countries, seems to show that the Bali tourism and property sectors are on the ascendancy.
