London-based estate and search agency AZ Real Estate has appointed Karina Solomko as Head of Operations, expanding its senior leadership team as the firm scales its residential services division.
Solomko brings over 10 years of experience across operations and customer service roles in the UK, Europe and Middle East. Her previous positions include roles at LEGO Group and BMW Group, as well as wellness retailer The Bath House, where she managed operations and oversaw a team of more than 50 staff.
Operational focus
In her new role, Solomko will oversee operational strategy, client service delivery, internal processes and team development as the agency responds to increased demand from domestic and international property buyers and sellers.
The appointment comes as AZ Real Estate expands its operations, including AZ Alliance, a recently launched UK-wide platform designed to support independent estate agents.
