The first homes at one of the final new developments in Kings Hill will be launched by Bellway in the summer.
The company, which has its Kent divisional office in Kings Hill, will build 52 homes at Liberty Quarter, off Park Drive.
A wider scheme will see Bellway contribute 442 homes across the final four parcels of land available for development within the garden village.
Liberty Quarter will host a collection of three and four-bedroom houses, each of which will have a garage or car barn.
Sales Director for Bellway Kent, Mark Harrop, said: “All our staff working in the construction and sales teams on this project are excited for the launch of Liberty Quarter as this will be a key milestone in our contribution to the Kings Hill regeneration scheme.
“Bellway has developed numerous parcels of land within Kings Hill, and based its Kent division here, creating a meaningful contribution to the legacy of this important new community.”
The project is regenerating the disused RAF airfield from which de Havilland Mosquitoes were flown during the Second World War.
Kings Hill now includes thousands of homes, along with offices, shops, including a new Aldi store which is under construction, schools and sports facilities.
Mark said: “Liberty Quarter is in a fantastic location within Kings Hill, on land previously known as Area 2-3. It is within walking distance of excellent schools, sports facilities and shops.
“Everything people need is located within one mile, and it’s just a five-mile drive to West Malling Station.”
The final few homes at Bellway’s most recent Kings Hill Development, Lysander Fields off Park Drive, have now been released for sale.
