A housing development in Speen near Newbury will introduce 118 homes from David Wilson Homes.
Situated off Bath Road, the site is known as Lapwing Green and will feature a mix of two-to-five-bedroom properties.
Some 47 of the homes will be allocated as affordable housing.
Emma Hawkins, sales director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our new development in Speen, which is perfectly placed for both families and professionals alike.
“Lapwing Green will offer a fantastic mix of homes, all within a thriving community close to the stunning North Wessex Downs. With its excellent transport links and access to local amenities, this development truly has something for everyone.
“We encourage prospective buyers to register their interest now for an opportunity to choose from the first selection of homes available.”
The development is on the edge of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), while local amenities include a Waitrose supermarket, schools, and parks.
Speen has landmarks such as Donnington Castle, St. Mary’s Church, and The Ladywell only a stone’s throw away.
Meanwhile Newbury town centre has shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions, including a weekly farmer’s market.
The site’s proximity to the A34 offers connectivity to the M4, Oxford, and Reading. Newbury Train Station, located little over one-and-a-half miles away, provides direct services to London.
The developer said the homes at Lapwing Green are being built with energy efficiency in mind.
