Bewley Homes has exchanged contracts for the purchase of a further 53 homes from Inland Homes at the 100-acre site, Wilton Park, in Beaconsfield.
This follows the purchase of 94 homes from the housebuilder in September, taking Bewley Homes delivery program to 147 homes at the development.
Andrew Brooks, managing director at Bewley Homes, said: “We are delighted Inland Homes has selected Bewley Homes to purchase the additional 53 homes of phase two at Wilton Park and increasing our investment at Wilton Park to 147 units after securing phase one in September.
“The is an outstanding opportunity to deliver high-quality homes at this fantastic development and we are looking forward to getting started on site in the Spring.”
Bewley Homes plans to start construction in the Spring.
Wilton Park has an estimated gross development value of £288m.
