Luxgrove has received planning for the Brondesbury Park scheme in London.
The developer has received permission to demolish an existing house on the corner of The Avenue and Brondesbury Park.
It will then build three four bedroom freehold houses and six two bedroom apartments with roof terraces and parking.
Lachlan Ross, chief investment officer, said: “The Brondesbury Park scheme is a result of our ability to source and acquire unconditional sites where we identify value that others don’t.
“This acqusition reflects the funds strategic decision to invest its equity in multi-family opportunistic plays, and complements our strong track record of acquiring, planning and developing residential real estate in areas we believe in.
“We look forward to delivering a high quality scheme and contributing towards Brent’s housing targets.”
Luxgrove. together with its advisers (Avison Young, Caneparo Associates and Pelican Architecture & Design) collaborated with Brent Council to ensure the scheme fits with the character of the local area.
The proposals have been designed to respond to the transitional height and scale of the local area, with a three-storey element with a set-back mansard at third storey immediately adjoining the neighbouring property at no. 15 The Avenue.
