Cala Homes announces the launch of phase two at its Ufford Chase development in the village of Great Bentley, Essex.

Construction of phase two is already underway and will adjoin the existing Cala community of twenty-five homes that were completed in phase one.
The first homes in phase two of Ufford Chase will be released during an invitation-only VIP launch event for potential Sold Subject to Contract and interested part exchange buyers on 25th and 26th February 2023. Following this, homes within the development will then be released for sale to the wider public on 1st March 2023, with the first homes ready to move into in summer 2023.
