Chappell Lofts apartment in Camden sells for record price

A Chappell Lofts apartment has sold for the highest pound per square foot price in Camden Town’s history.

The 1,954 square foot property was sold by estate agent Ashton Chase for a pound per square foot price of £1,892.

Located on Belmont Street, the development is a conversion of a famous Victorian piano factory.
