Beach huts are most expensive in Dorset, with a typical asking price of £300,000, while they are cheapest in West Sussex, at £10,500.

With people holidaying close to home due to the pandemic, there’s been heightened demand for seaside locations on the south coast.

Indeed, it’s now 2.6% more expensive than last year to rent a beach hut.
