Connells Group has acquired Denny & Salmond, an estate and letting agency based in Malvern, Worcestershire, marking the company’s 14th acquisition in 2025.
The transaction expands Connells Group’s footprint in Malvern and surrounding areas. Denny & Salmond will retain its brand identity, with all four staff members continuing in their roles following the acquisition.
Management transition
The agency’s directors, Helen Denny and Luise Salmond, have sold the business as part of a planned retirement after 25 years of operation. The agency maintains an active sales and lettings pipeline.
