Crest Nicholson launches Whitehouse Park development in Milton Keynes

Crest Nicholson has announced the launch of off-plan sales at its brand new development, Whitehouse Park, in Milton Keynes, comprising a contemporary mix of 146 new homes. The first phase consists of 21 properties for private sale, including a selection of three, four and five bedroom homes, providing a range of options for first time buyers, second steppers and downsizers alike. Set to be a semi-rural haven with plenty of green space, Whitehouse Park is perfect for homeowners looking to make the most of the outdoors, whilst having all the amenities they need right on their doorstep.

With the aim of creating a space to enhance the well-being of its residents, Whitehouse Park will feature green corridors, open parkland for woodland walks, communal play areas and tree-lined streets encouraging residents to make the most of the outdoors. The development will also offer footpaths and cycle routes to ensure it is well-connected, and once complete, will benefit from a community centre for indoor sports and leisure facilities, promoting healthy living.

Within the masterplan, there are also plans for the site to offer three primary schools and a secondary school, in addition to the nearby Whitehouse Primary School and Fairfields Primary School, making Whitehouse Park an ideal location for families.

The well-designed range of seven available house types in the first phase of the development, and twelve once complete, will feature flexible layouts, with open plan kitchen-dining areas, modern interiors, and high-quality finishings throughout. The character of the development is contemporary in style to meet the needs of modern buyers, yet is influenced by other properties in the area, ensuring it blends seamlessly with the local architecture.

One of the available house types includes the ‘Romsey’, a generously-sized four bedroom property perfectly suited for growing families. The downstairs features a versatile, open-plan kitchen-dining area, as well as a separate bright and airy living room, providing space to relax, unwind, and entertain. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a single bedroom, an ideal space to set up a home office or nursery. Whilst the main bedroom benefits from its own en-suite, the remaining bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Charlie Joseph, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern, comments: “We are excited to launch Whitehouse Park from our nearby Campbell Wharf development, meeting local demand for high quality housing within a bustling new neighbourhood. It is set to be a family friendly development with a thriving community, including schools, a leisure centre and play areas for residents to enjoy.

“Following the popularity of our other sites in Milton Keynes, interest has been really high in Whitehouse Farm. We would therefore encourage anyone interested to get in touch with us as soon as possible to find out more, or visit our Campbell Wharf Sales Suite, where a friendly Sales Executive will be happy to help.”

Ideal for commuters, the development provides easy access to Milton Keynes Central station, which offers direct trains to London in 36 minutes and Birmingham in 50 minutes. Milton Keynes town centre is only three miles away, or a 10 minute drive, which boasts two shopping centres, plenty of eateries, the Xscape complex with indoor skiing and skydiving, and entertainment facilities, including bowling and a cinema.
