Crest Nicholson to launch development in Staffordshire

Crest Nicholson will launch its Green Acres at Alrewas development in Staffordshire in Spring.

Located in the village of Alrewas, the development will comprise 84 traditional two, three, four and five bedroom homes.

Bonnie Campbell, sales manager, Crest Nicholson Midlands, said: “We’re proud to be able to announce that Crest Nicholson will be launching Green Acres at Alrewas this spring.

“We’re expecting the homes to be popular with families looking for a peaceful location to call home, with a number of great incentives available to help along the way. Interest is high ahead of the launch, so we’d encourage anyone interested to get in touch with us as soon as possible.”

The homes are said to be ideal for a range of purchasers, from young families and first-time buyers to downsizers looking for somewhere to settle down.

Alrewas is set within a conservation area next to the River Trent. It has a post office, a shop, a dentist, a range of traditional pubs, a doctor’s surgery and a butcher. Alrewas is also home to a park, two village halls and a cricket club. There are a number of schools within walking distance of Green Acres, including All Saints’ Primary School.

The development is connected by the A38 and A515 nearby. There are two train stations in the city of Lichfield – Lichfield Trent Valley and Lichfield City- offering direct access to Birmingham in around 40 mins and London in under two hours.

Guide prices at Green Acres start from £ 289,950.

The Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme is available on a selection of the homes, allowing people to buy with just a 5% deposit.

Alternatively, Crest Nicholson’s SmoothMove scheme is available on selected homes, which takes care of getting the purchasers current house valued, to booking viewing times and paying estate agents’ fees.

Crest Nicholson also offers a Part Exchange scheme, helping purchasers sell their existing home with a guaranteed cash buyer before moving.
