When buying property overseas, European property investors want to see good things including low prices, a good return on investment likelihood, and low airline prices. As more and more must travel to see their properties, affordable and even discount airline options are a must. Budget airlines are opening up to provide such opportunities to investors.
In the UK, there are 11 budget carriers, known for their low rates for travellers. They are providing additional routes to locations where property investors desire to be at. Not only are property investors in need of these improved opportunities but so are second home buyers and estate agents, all looking to cash in on the affordability of properties overseas.
This has become particularly important as more property investors turn to buying property to let. The buy to let market is showing the most significant growth right now in many areas. With investors being pushed by financial planners and advisors to buy property instead of stocks, and more turning to the benefits of buy to let, having affordable airline transportation to these properties is crucial.
Some of the UK's budget carriers have announced their opportunities for such affordable airfare. EasyJet will provide more routes like Liverpool to Innsbruck and Newscastle to Murcia. FlyGlobeSpan will offer routes that are affordable from the UK to Cyprus, Egypt, Dubrovnik and Madeira. WizzAir will provide flights to Romania, Poland and much more. Ryanair, Thomsonfly and Flybe all announced additional routes as well.
This will allow more investors to hit the skies in search of the best properties to invest in throughout Europe.
