Property investor show will feature exclusive zone on regulation of the international market

One of Europe's biggest shows for property investors will host an exclusive zone for the Association of International Property Professionals when it opens in September.

Growing interest in making sure property investors are not ripped off, especially when buying in emerging markets, has prompted interest in the official body responsible for guiding and regulating the international property industry.

'We are delighted to welcome the AIPP to this year's show for the first time. The area will feature AIPP members who have signed up for their professional code of conduct,' said a spokesman for the Property Investor Show which runs for three days from September 19th at the ExCel centre in London's docklands.

Aimed at property investors seeking new opportunities in the current market, both in the UK and abroad, the Show will provide up-to-date property market information from around 300 exhibitors from across the world.

Special features this year include an India pavilion, a separate area on investing in the Middle East, and representatives from traditional locations such as France and Spain.

Advice for investing in the current market, both at home and abroad, as well as guidance on mortgages, finances, legal advice, commercial developments and the process of buying and selling a property will all be available.

Exhibitors signed up for the show include major housebuilders, developers, estate agents, brokers, property investment training companies and landlord associations.
