Bellway is nearing the final stages of work at its Lysander Fields development in Kings Hill, as part of its ongoing wider commitment to building new homes within the village.
There’s just one apartment, and one coach house remaining for sale at the development, off Park Drive, but more Bellway houses are already available to reserve at nearby Liberty Quarter. Further homes are also coming soon within Kings Hill at DeHavilland Place, The Retreat and Jubilee Place.
Lysander Fields, which lies just to the south of the new public park between Beacon Avenue and Tower View, comprises 70 homes with a mix of two-bedroom apartments and two, three, and four-bedroom houses.
The final properties for sale are the two-bedroom Lacey apartment, priced at £334,995, and the two-bedroom Barton coach house, priced £349,995, both of which include includes an open-plan kitchen/dining/living room and an en suite master bedroom.
The Bellway homes are all part of the wider Kings Hill village which is being created on the former RAF West Malling site. Since work began on this major project in 1990, more than 3,500 homes have been delivered by developers, alongside commercial floor space, new schools and shops.
