Final homes for sale at Bottesford development
There are just a few homes remaining for sale at a new development in Bottesford, where construction is nearing the final stages.
More than 80 per cent of the 41 private homes being built at Bellway’s The Vale, off Grantham Road, have now been sold, less than a year since the site opened to the public.
The final eight properties include a choice of three and four-bedroom houses – including the three-bedroom Rosewood showhome – and a two-bedroom bungalow.
Kenny Lattimore, Sales Manager for Bellway East Midlands, said: “To be nearly sold out after only being open for less than 12 months is a great achievement and demonstrates the growing need for new housing in this part of Leicestershire.
“We are now releasing homes for sale ahead of schedule to meet the continued levels of interest, with five of the eight final plots now available to reserve – and we are expecting these homes to be snapped up quickly.”
Bellway is building a total of 60 new homes at The Vale, with 41 two, three, four and five-bedroom properties for private sale and 19 affordable homes available for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Work on site began towards the end of 2020, with the development opening to the public in April last year and the first residents moving in during November. Building work is set to be completed by the end of this year.

There’s currently a selection of three and four-bedroom houses and a two-bedroom bungalow available to reserve at The Vale, with prices starting from £291,750.
