Final homes for sale at development in Branston
The final five homes are on sale at Bellway’s Evelyn Gardens development in Branston, just outside of Burton-upon-Trent, where construction work has now entered its final phase.
Bellway West Midlands is delivering 113 homes at the site off Main Street. The development is part of the wider Branston Leas consortium which is delivering up to 660 homes in this area.
Evelyn Gardens comprises a mix of one to four-bedroom properties in a range of styles, alongside landscaped public open space.
Building work started on site in 2019 and is expected to be complete later this year.
Marie Richards, Sales Director of Bellway West Midlands, said: “Evelyn Gardens has undergone a significant transformation since building work began in 2019, creating a high-quality addition to available housing in this area.
“Over 90 of the properties here have now been built and occupied by their new owners, and a further 13 homes have been reserved.
“We have welcomed a range of different customers to the site, from those buying their first homes and taking their first steps onto the property ladder, to large families settling into our spacious four-bedroom properties.
“Sales have been strong here since the first homes were released for sale in February 2019 and we now have only five properties left to sell.
“Evelyn Gardens is situated next to Branston Leas Nature Reserve, and the site features large areas of public open space, including ponds at each side of the development.
“The semi-rural village location has proven to be popular with the customers we have welcomed on site so far, with residents impressed with the amenities available in the village of Branston itself, including various well-regarded restaurants, while at the same time being just three miles from Burton-upon-Trent and only a 30-minute drive to Derby via the A38.
“It has been great to see a thriving community forming here at Evelyn Gardens, and we look forward to building on this as we welcome the next homeowners onto the site. Anybody who may be interested in purchasing one of the remaining properties here is encouraged to get in touch with the sales team at the earliest opportunity.”
There’s a choice of three and four-bedroom houses remaining for sale at Evelyn Gardens, with prices starting from £276,000 for the three-bedroom Lawford house type.
