The final homes remaining for sale at a new housing development in Bicester are now available to reserve.
There are now just nine new homes on the market at Ashberry Homes’ Royal Retreat development, off Vendee Drive.
The developer is building 123 new homes at the site, which lies within the wider Kingsmere neighbourhood, including 86 homes for private sale and 37 affordable properties for local people through rent or shared ownership.
There is currently a selection of three and four-bedroom homes available at Royal Retreat with prices starting at £397,500.
