Work at Bellway’s Harvard Place development in Earls Colne is nearing the final stages, with some of the final homes now on sale.
All but 12 of the 54 homes being built for sale at the site have been purchased since the first properties were released onto the market in November 2020.
The development, off Station Road, was named in honour of the Harvard Warbird aircraft, a former Second World War RAF pilot trainer aircraft which is now used by nearby Earls Colne Airfield to provide flying experiences.
Bellway is delivering a total of 90 homes at Harvard Place, including 36 homes provided as affordable housing, made available for local people through shared ownership or rent.
Construction work is progressing well and is expected to conclude at the end of this year.
