First homes at New Development in Hempsted Go on Sale

The first new homes on a new development in the Gloucestershire village of Hempsted have now been released for sale.

Bellway is building 50 homes at Sandalwood Green, off Hempsted Lane, alongside 3.7 acres of new public open space for residents to enjoy.

The homes will be part of Bellway’s flagship Artisan Collection, with a five-bedroom Watchmaker showhome set to open in April this year to demonstrate the thoughtful design and high-quality finish of the houses for sale.

Work has already started on building the first homes on the site, and the first new homeowners are expected to be able to move in this summer.

There’s a mix of four and five-bedroom houses for private sale being delivered at Sandalwood Green, with prices confirmed at the launch.

The Watchmaker showhome will be a luxurious detached house with en-suite shower rooms to two of the five double bedrooms upstairs, while the ground-floor layout includes a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining/family room, plus a separate living room, a study and a utility room.
