First of 96 new Bellway homes to be released in Pinchbeck

Work is progressing on a new Bellway development of 96 homes in Pinchbeck.

South Holland District Council approved plans for the homes, located on the former Redmile Nursery site off Warden Tree Lane, earlier this year.

The old nursery buildings have been demolished and the first homes are under construction.

The new development, to be known as Pinchbeck Fields, will provide 24 affordable homes, which will be made available to local people through shared ownership or low-cost rent. The 72 private homes will be two, three and four-bedroom houses.

Bellway will make contributions to local services including £190,000 towards primary education and more than £40,000 towards local healthcare.

Bellway will open its marketing suite at Pinchbeck Fields on Friday 29 July. A showhome will follow in December and the first residents are expected to move in in February 2023.
