The first residents have moved into their homes at a new housing development in Hempsted.
Bellway is building 50 new homes at Sandalwood Green, off Hempsted Lane, including 30 properties for private sale and 20 affordable homes for shared ownership or low-cost rent.
The first properties were made available to buy off plan in January, and nine homes have now been sold.

Bellway has opened a five-bedroom Watchmaker showhome at Sandalwood Green to give prospective purchasers a chance to view an example of the spacious detached family houses being built at the development.

Construction work began at Sandalwood Green in the summer of 2021 and is due to be completed by summer 2023.
A selection of four-bedroom houses are currently available, with prices starting from £459,995.
