First-time buyer homes to launch in Chelmsford

Property prices in Chelmsford postcodes have outpaced the national average by 30% for the start of 2022, with the cost of the average newbuild home now valued at £446,000 in the area.*

Meeting the demand for affordable first-time buyer homes in Chelmsford, L&Q will launch the next phase of eleven two- and three-bedroom Shared Ownership terraced houses at The Arbour, a growing residential quarter within the thriving Beaulieu neighbourhood, on 9th April. Set to launch on 16th April, L&Q will release four additional three-bedroom Shared Ownership homes elsewhere in the new Beaulieu development, at L&Q at Beaulieu.
