The Guild of Property Professionals held its annual conference and awards ceremony at the QEII Centre in Westminster, recording its highest attendance to date. The event gathered independent estate agency members from across the UK for professional networking and industry updates.
CEO Iain McKenzie presented plans for the organisation’s support services, which include compliance guidance, training, marketing resources, and strategic insight for independent agents. The conference featured sessions on leadership, communication, innovation, and performance practices.
Mystery shopping assessment
This year’s award winners were determined primarily through a third-party mystery shopping programme, providing what the organisation described as an objective, customer-focused assessment method. All Guild members were invited to participate and will receive individual mystery shop reports.
Regional awards were distributed across 11 territories including London, East Midlands, East of England, North East, North West, Northern Ireland, Scotland, South East, South West, Wales, and West Midlands.

Overall national awards went to Webbers (Gold), Turpie & Co (Silver), and Taylor & Co (Bronze).
