Homebuilder launches brand new Boroughbridge development

Harclay Park will offer a stunning selection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes at the development, which is surrounded by picturesque countryside.

As part of Harclay Park, Barratt Homes has invested over £1.1million to support the local community. Over £543,000 has been allocated to education in the area, more than £159,000 to support outdoor sports facilities and over £39,000 will go towards enhancements to nearby allotments to encourage wildlife in and around the local area.

Harclay Park benefits from a fantastic range of local amenities, with Ofsted rated ‘good’ schools nearby and stunning countryside walks on the doorstep of the development. The collection of new homes will also ease the impact of rising energy costs, with energy efficient measurements implemented throughout the homes on site. Highly efficient insulation and argon filled double glazing, designed to keep heat in and keep cold out, can help homebuyers save £1,418 compared to an updated Victorian equivalent.

David Coe, Land and Development Director at Barratt Developments Yorkshire West commented: “We are delighted to begin developing our new collection of homes at Harclay Park. Boroughbridge is a charming town and our development will offer a stunning selection of energy efficient homes that we are sure will be a huge hit with homebuyers.”

“We would encourage anyone interested in the selection of homes available to contact our very helpful Sales Team for more information.”
