Investment in Brompton drawing in buyers to refurbished homes

Buyers are flocking to the Annington’s Sovereign Gate development in Brompton, where a quarter of the homes have already sold following its launch in November 2022. The development offers a collection of two, three and four-bedroom refurbished properties, with prices starting from £300,000 for a three-bedroom home.

Brompton is on the doorstep of Gillingham, which is tipped for a multi-million pound regeneration, house prices remain some of the most affordable along the Kentish coast, where towns such as Dartford command an average house price of £379,689.[1] It comes as no surprise that the former Ministry of Defence homes at Sovereign Gate have proven popular with first time buyers and young professionals, thanks to their attractive residential setting, offering quick commuter links and easy access to coast and country. The first residents are expected to move into their new homes in March.

In a climate conscious market, sustainability is at the heart of Annington’s housing delivery.
