The final homes are now remaining for sale at Vistry Group’s Yapton View location in Yapton.
Vistry has built 108 new homes under the Bovis Homes brand at the development off Burndell Road, with construction work set to be completed by the autumn.
With nearly all homes sold, only two four-bedroom detached property types remain available to purchase – the Juniper and Willows designs.

The two homes remaining for sale at Yapton View are the Juniper, priced at £469,000, and the Willows, at £509,000.
