Construction work is continuing apace at a new development in Cubbington, where more than half of the available homes have now been sold.
Bellway South Midlands has now sold more than 40 of the private homes at Hazelwood, taking sales over the halfway mark.
The development occupies two adjacent parcels of land in the village, one accessed from Rugby Road and the other from Coventry Road, with nearly one third of the 13-acre site provided as public open space.
Once complete, the development will consist of 133 new homes, including 80 homes for private sale and 53 affordable properties available for local people through shared ownership or rent.
