Landmark Estate Agency Services has partnered with teclet, integrating its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and property data solutions with teclet’s CRM platform for sales and letting agents.
These solutions also include Land Registry checks to identify and validate property ownership and provide property information, to help with Consumer Protection Regulation (CPR) compliance.

Teclet’s modular platforms already automate up to 80% of the lettings journey.
